Terms and Conditions

No registrations will be confirmed unless full payment has been received and a completed and signed Registration Form accepting these terms and conditions have been received by Fastlane (India) Institute for Knowledge Transfer Pty. Ltd. (Fastlane). Alternatively, Fast Lane terms and conditions may be accepted via the internet registration process at www.flane.co.in
All class participants must comply with course prerequisites. Please review the Fast Lane Course Outline for details.
Payment, cancellation and transfer conditions are outlined in the following table. Cancellations and transfers must be notified in writing.
Cancellations or transfers made following the commencement of a class will incur 100% of the class fee paid. Substitution of class participants may be made free of charge at any time prior to class commencement by notifying your Account Manager. Payments can be made by cash, credit card or personal cheque (surcharge of 2.6% of full payment amount applies for AMEX and Diners Club Card payments).
Package programs MUST be paid in full prior to attending any training class and MUST be completed in their entirety once commenced.
Fast Lane reserves the right to alter course schedules and pricing without notice.
Courses are GST exempt unless otherwise noted.
Fast Lane reserves the right to cancel, curtail or re-schedule training classes or events without notice and without liability for financial penalty or compensation other than an amount limited to a refund of 100% of any fees already paid in advance of the related class or event, or cancellation of the invoice, where credit arrangements have been established with Fast Lane to pay post event.

Confirmed To Run Courses:
Fast Lane has a published list of sessions marked as “Confirmed To Run” that appear on scheduled course listings as well as denoted throughout the Fast Lane website with a check mark. Fast Lane reserves the right to remove a session from the “Confirmed To Run” list if it is currently more than 21 days from the course start date. If one of the classes denoted as "Confirmed to Run" is still listed on our schedule less than 21 days prior to the start date, the class will not be canceled. Fast Lane reserves the right however, to change the schedule of a guaranteed class if prevented from delivering the class by causes beyond our control such as but not limited to: labor disputes, civil commotion, war, governmental regulations or controls, casualty, illness, inability to obtain materials or services or Acts of God. If Fast Lane is forced to change the schedule, Fast Lane will reschedule the class to run within a reasonable period of time.
